About the Role
We're hiring certified fitness coaches to join our online coaching team. As a 6-Pack Macros coach, you'll work 1-on-1 with clients to build personalized fitness and nutrition plans, provide weekly check-ins, and help clients stay accountable. You'll also create engaging fitness content on social media and help identify interested individuals. Best part? Our internal sales team handles all consultations and sign-ups—you focus purely on coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- • Design custom fitness and macro-based nutrition plans tailored to each client
- • Conduct weekly check-ins via messaging or video calls
- • Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
- • Post engaging, value-driven content on social media
- • Forward interested leads to our internal sales team
- • Complete daily deliverables and maintain consistent communication
Qualifications
- • Current certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA) or degree in Exercise Science
- • Experience as a personal trainer or coach preferred
- • Strong communication and organizational skills
- • Comfortable using social platforms like Instagram or TikTok
- • Passionate about fitness and helping others succeed
